Operations Manager - KSA

Job Description

  • Own operations in KSA; plan and coordinate our daily orders, ensuring the improvement of performance and productivity,
  • Manage a team that provides consistently high-quality cleanings in customer homes,
  • Actively connecting with service teams and coordinators to ensure that communication and processes between teams and coordinators run smoothly,
  • Dealing with all operational challenges to ensure bookings go smoothly,
  • Informing the technology team about technical errors and bugs in the system,
  • Preparing periodic reports to management,
  • Being responsible for inventory preparing, purchasing and stock management,

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in working in a similar role in KSA,
  • Excellent level of English and Arabic,
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment,
  • Customer service orientation,
  • Problem solving attitude,
  • Jump in and do - you’ll be a Justmopper,
  • Genuine passion for providing the highest level of service and attention to detail,
  • To be able to think on your feet, be proactive, and tackle several projects at once,
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution - We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength,
  • Autonomy, ability to remain patient and persevere while multitasking.
  • Take initiative in a constantly changing, fast & dynamic work environment.
