We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Brand and Communication Executive to join our expanding team to make a real difference.
- Plan, execute and oversee all content for online marketing and offline marketing campaigns,
- Establish relationships with local and regional companies (FMCG, Real Estate, etc..),
- Identify marketing opportunities, conduct necessary research and report planning to Head of Marketing,
- Coordinate with various parties to make sure all campaigns are well executed and are meeting goals and deadlines,
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and startups in the ecosystem, identify and actualize collaborating and co-marketing opportunities,
- Coordinate with city launchers to identify synergies and marketing opportunities outside the UAE,
- Support marketing and product team by building, iterating and A/B testing content on various channels and in both English and Arabic,
- Support marketing and branding strategies through creating and producing (with the designer) graphic assets for digital media, web, email, social media, event marketing and print media,
- Write/create content for all editorial, social media, digital and in-store projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field,
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing,
- Experience in creating content in English and Arabic,
- High growth start up experience is a plus,
- Exceptional attention to the details,
- Ability to manage different priorities and stakeholders,
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken),
- Self-starter - Taking initiative in a constantly-changing, fast & dynamic work environment, excel in a small team setting, feeling comfortable with working with different stakeholders,
- Humble & Hungry – Highly motivated to get the task done (with excellence), while solving for marketing challenges in a fast-paced environment,
- Connector - Great capacity to inspire and motivate others; has social influence and intelligence,
- Time management - A strong ability to manage time while multitasking on various projects and day to day needs.
