Customer Service Manager - Arabic Speaking

Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Establish KPI’s and monitor on a daily basis
  • Knowing the organization's products and processes inside and out to step in on escalated customer issues that the team is unable to resolve
  • Quality evaluation and training of customer service team

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in a customer service position.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Team Leader for a customer service team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freshdesk.
  • Experience with the KSA market
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus
